My dog threw up and had accidents, but now seems okay. What next?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 5 years and 2 months old | 60 lbs

hi i woke up this morning at 4am and my dog had peed and pooped on the floor which is unusual forhim i then put him outside...about 5 mins after i brought him back inside he vomited..the vomit was greenish yellowish and had 3-4 kibbles in it ...he then felt off for a few hours... now its 10am and he seems better just a little tired

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Bear. If he is feeling better, it is likely ok for you to continue to monitor him. If he continues to vomit or have accidents though, he will need to see his veterinarian. He likely had the accidents as he was not feeling well earlier this morning. Be sure to offer plenty of water, but if he is otherwise healthy, I would withhold food for about 12 hours. This will rest his GI tract and help to prevent any further vomiting.
