My dog was bitten, now has worms in wound near ear. What to do?

My dog got bitten by another dog and there's a hole just beneath his ear and im trying to clean it out but he won't let me however i began to notice a few worms within the bite, what to do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male

You must take him to the vet urgently, he is suffering from maggot infestation and this needs to be treated as soon as possible with antibiotics and anti maggot medications. the maggots will also need to be removed manually from the wound.
