My cat's front claws are ingrown and leaking pus. What should I do?

My cat has all her claws on the front feet ingrown and I removed one by clipping it and pulling the nail out her pad then that's when I noticed they where all like that and it looks bad there was puss leaking out and she wouldn't let me clip it. Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Female | spayed | 15 lbs
