Hello, sorry to hear about Sooky. There are some medications that may be administered to your dog to stop nausea. However these medications require a prescription or injection. Maropitant and ondansetron are the most common, but other medications do exist. Otherwise, you may give him a day or so with a bland diet to rest his GI tract. This may include plain white rice, skinless and boneless boiled chicken. If he does have nausea however, he may not want to eat. Offer small amounts at first. The high temperature if associated with his vaccines should decrease on its own within 1-2 days. Monitor for worsening signs, and if you note any then contact your veterinarian immediately. Hope this helps and best of luck.
