My chicken has yellow diarrhea, is listless, and acting strange. What to do?

Hi. I need help. I'm worried for my chicken Domino. She is acting strange. She is not isolated but moves very little, has little appetite, slightly ruffled feathers, and weird yellow rectal discharge that may be diarrhea. Her head is tucked close to her body. She is usually upbeat, and loves food. The rest of the flock is fine. She is a pullet that is close to laying age. She let me pick her up and hold her with little resistance, which is unlike her.
