My parvo puppy drinks water but still vomits. Is this an improvement?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bully | Female | 2 months and 27 days old

Hi, my 3 month old puppy was diagnosed positive of parvo virus. Were currently on meds. I would just like to know if it’s an improvement if she starts to drink water on her own? She also vomits around every 1-2 hours. Her vomits started from white foam then turned to yellow foam and now it’s just a clear thick vomit.

It's good that Chloe is drinking water, but it's not an improvement if she can't keep it down and vomits it up. Dehydration is the number one cause of death in these pets. You may need to take her back into a vet for IV fluids. I certainly hope she recovers!
