My 5-month puppy lost a permanent incisor. What does this mean?

My 5 month old puppy was chewing on a bone and his tooth came loose then fell out. I believe it was his permanent incisor. What does this mean for him? Is his quality of life ruined forever????? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 10 lbs

Incisors are not essential teeth as most dogs either chew with their back teeth or swallow their food. It would be quite usual for a permanent tooth to be dislodged that easily as well.
