My new puppy is wheezing, gagging, and has a runny nose. What's wrong?

I just bought a puppy yorkiepoo 7 wks old since we’ve gotten him, he’s been wheezing and gagging. Previous owner states he’s own been dewormed. He has a running nose as well? Is there anything I can do? Also we just recently went through a random weather change from hot to cold, could that be it? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkipoo | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 24 days old | 3.2 lbs

It sounds like he might have an upper respiratory infection so he should be examined by a vet. He might need an antibiotic to treat. A change in weather should not cause him to gag and wheeze so I don't think that is the reason. Schedule an appointment with a vet as soon as you can.
