My dog is vomiting, has diarrhea, and can't keep anything down.

Hi my dog starting vomiting Friday with really bad projectile diarrhoea he's not been able to keep anything down the diarrhoea is there I've tried chicken and rice he just brings it back up he seems to have lost weight and can only manage water? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 10 years and 3 months old

This sounds serious. If he is unable to keep water down I’d recommend seeing a vet as soon as you can. Preston may be dehydrated at this point from the vomiting and diarrhea. There are many diseases that can cause these symptoms and he vet might recommend checking blood work to make sure kidneys, liver and pancreas are functioning normally and/or taking x-rays to look for signs of an intestinal obstruction.
