My pet has a corneal ulcer. Can I avoid eye removal surgery?

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | unspayed | 9 lbs

If Eyes can’t be save from Corneal ulcer is it okay not to remove the eye. I really don’t want to have my’s pet eye remove. I’m crying for week already. Please advice

It depends if the dead eye continues to suffer from an active infection, if it does it is advised to have the eye removed, if the eye is not painful and doesn't have an active infection most of the time then the eye does not have to be removed.
