My dog has watery nose, heavy breathing, fast heartbeat. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Airedale Terrier | Male | 1 month and 18 days old

My St. Bernard whose name is coco is very sick ,has watery nose,is breathing heavily and there is a faster rate in heartbeat.

Hello. I am so sorry that Coco is unwell. He really needs to see a veterinarian as this sounds like pneumonia. Hopefully, with antibiotics Coco will be feeling better soon. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.

    I agree with you, Coco is not fine. I really don't think a vet would say he is fine. I suggest you get him to a different vet for a second opinion. I don't have enough information here to be helpful. It looks like may have pneumonia. I realize he has some skin issues too but those are likely secondary. I would be most worried about his breathing. This may be very serious. Please take him to a vet ASAP. You have to get a diagnosis before you can know what to do for him.
