My 8-week puppy has worms and green discharge. Should I wait for vet?

I just got a 8 week out female puppy. I did notice That she has long white worms in her poops. I also noticed today that she has a greenish discharge for her vagina. I have to drive back home to where my vet is but it won’t be until Monday witch is 2 day. So I was wondering if I should bring her to a vet or hospital where I am now or will she be able to wait that long. Pet's info: Dog | Great Pyrenees | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 18 days old | 5 lbs

You want to treat the intestinal parasites for her benefit and that some types are transmissible to humans.
