Can't find my vet on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. How do I get my pet's records?

On virtual practices I entered my vets information and nothing came up so I invited my vet to join I tried multiple times now over the past couple weeks and I have gotten nothing. What should I do? I emailed them 2 weeks ago about Oscar getting his expired vaccinations and I still waiting for a response. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | neutered | 6 years and 8 months old | 16 lbs

We're trying to get involved in Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach as many veterinarians as we can, but we still have a long way to go. So, if you can't find your vet, we recommend you contact the clinic directly by phone or stop in to make an appointment or to request your pet's medical records.
