As long as she remains healthy, she will have puppies after this time. Not spaying your female dog increases the risk of pyometra, which is an infected uterus, which is a life-threatening emergency. There can also be issues at the time of birthing, such as dystocia, which is when a puppy gets stuck in the birth canal and cannot get out. This is also a surgical emergency. Intact (unspayed) female dogs are also at increased risk of mammary or breast cancer, which can be malignant and aggressive. I hope you will consider having Love Love spayed to eliminate these risks.
