My dog's penis is bleeding after female chewed it. Vet needed?

Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 3 months old | 37 lbs

Milo has been trying to hump my females head, she has been chewing on his Penis wen he does this. After she got him to stop he went to pee and bright red blood came out b4 the urine , urine was normal colour.straight after he had diarrhoea. He has no other symptoms apart from tip of Penis being very red , did poppy injure his Penis or do we need vet visit

Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. It sounds like the female might have caused some damage. A vet visit isn't a bad idea to make sure there isn't any damage that requires surgical fixing. Otherwise, monitor his peeing very carefully, as strictures can form that cause a blockage. If there is ANY trouble peeing, or continued blood, then have it checked by a vet. Best of luck with Milo!
