Pet's info: Cat | American Longhair | Female | spayed | 17 years and 2 months old | 8 lbs
My cat had a complete tooth extraction 2 months ago. She has been doing fine until this last week. Now one side of her face has swollen and her 3rd eye is showing. What may be causing this? She has been through a lot already with the extraction.

It sounds likely it is related to the extraction, most likely a tooth abscess or an infection that developed post surgery. you need to take her to your vet in order to get it checked and treated ASAP.
