My cats tongue is hanging out and she is drooling Should I take her to the vet. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 11 years and 1 month old | 5 lbs

These could be signs of pain, nausea, or something wrong inside her mouth (ulcers, stomatitis, a mass, foreign material).
