My finch is sick and lethargic. Did wet seeds cause it? Home remedies?

Hi! My pet zebra finch has started to puff up and sleep more than usual today, he even regurgitated seeds. Yesterday I put some water in the seeds and emptied them so it can be easier to ingest some of the harder seeds, was this the cause? I threw them away this morning giving him new dry seeds. He's been lethargic for most of the time, but he eats and drinks water. Are there any home remedies I can give him? I don't have sufficient funds for a vet, please help. Thanks for reaching out about Kai and including photos. There is no specific treatments at home without a diagnosis. But providing supplemental heat can give some support to the immune system. Possible wetting the food led to bacterial overgrowth and the clinical signs. Monitor appetite and defecation. Good luck.
