My dog has fever, diarrhea, won't eat after vet. Should I go back?

Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund (Miniature Smooth Haired) | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 7 months old | 11.6 lbs

I had my dog at the vet yesterday because hes had projectile diarrhea and he threw up once 2 days ago. They gave him anti biotics and subcutaneous fluid and a pill to help with the diarrhea he has a 103.6 fever and wont eat anything. Today his poop looks like this

That's pretty abnormal stool, and if Mufasa is also running a fever it would be best to bring him back into your vet. I would bring a sample of that stool in with you so the vet can take a look and test it for issues to see if a more specific cause can be found. It is possible he is having trouble digesting something, ate something he shouldn't, or has an illness that is greatly affecting his GI tract and requires more intensive care.
