Poor Milo! The main things that would cause Milo do get dizzy could be a heart problem, a blood pressure problem, low blood sugar or kidney/liver disease. Milo needs to see his veterinarian today for a full physical exam and testing. If you catch the problem early, treatment has a better outcome.     Hello. There may be several underlying conditions that might be at work here, but most significantly this may indicate a heart problem. Milo may be essentially passing out from a heart arrhythmia that cause a temporary decrease of oxygen to his brain. This is cause syncopy. He may also be experiencing petit mal seizures. You should try to schedule an exam with your veterinarian for a good workup for Milo to see why he is doing this. Once you know what is going on, the appropriate treatment can be started to prevent more or escalating episodes. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
