Why is my dog crying when touched and limping on her back leg?

I have a 3 year old chihuahua shi tzu who cries when you touch her ribcage area she is limping on her left back leg she has drank and eating normal no injuries as far as i know. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 15 lbs
