Why is my dog suddenly peeing a lot after a day at the beach?

Took millie to the beach today she played around in the water now after we got home has been doing huge wees and also waking up weeing a little running to the door and weeing on the way...this is not usually like her. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Female | spayed | 11 months and 19 days old

Hi, I think it is best to have Millie checked over. It is difficult to tell without examining her what could be wrong. A urine test will help, by looking at her urine concentration and if any bacteria are present. It could be a urine infection, or could she have drunk too much salty water ? A check up will reassure you that it is nothing too serious and how to move forward. I hope she gets better soon and that she continues to enjoy her walks at the beach as soon as she gets better !
