My dog's head twitches for minutes. Is it a seizure? When to worry?

My dog has been doing this weird twitching thing with his head. I'm not sure if it's a seizure, or what it is. It happens every few hours or so, and lasts 2-3 minutes. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years and 2 months old | 30 lbs

I recommend making an appointment to have Gunner seen by a vet to help determine if this is a seizure. If you can get a video of the episodes, it may help to show it to your vet.
