Hello Good evening, My 10 years old Labrador-Rigeback Dog with a bitch approx From 45 cm and a weightof 45kg has her Periode At the Moment. Since des hours she has been complaining a lot and cry for no appartent reason. At the Moment our neightbours spreading Rat poison. Can These symptoms be sings of poisoning? Hi Joshua, No, those are not typical symptoms of poisoning but of course, I cannot tell you 100% for sure. If you think she may have been poisoned you need to get her to your vet right away. It sounds to me like she is whining/crying because she is in heat and is wanting to breed with a male. That is my best guess. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
