My puppy's belly changed color. Should I be worried or is it normal?

My Miniature dauchund cinnamon 4 months old her belly has changed colour I will attach photo I was just wondering is this normal or should I call the vet she is fine in herself eating and drinking normal and still full of energy. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund miniature | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 11 days old

This looks like hyperpigmentation. It typically occurs in lightly pigmented, sparsely haired regions as dogs get older. It can also be caused my inflammation so just make sure she is not spending too much time sunbathing and that there are no other signs like licking/scratching/lesions.
