My dog has fever, hair loss, and green eye discharge. What to do?

He is very sick loosing hair and bad eye discharge that is green.. he is eating and drinking ok but he has had a fever. Wondering what to do and if we need to keep him away from others. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 75 lbs

Hi. Poor Eclipse. It would be helpful to know how old he is. It may be that he had anskin mite ir skin infection or allergies, in addition to an eye infection. I would recommend an exam and some skin testing with your veterinarian. There isnt anything from home that would help with this severity. Good luck
