My dog has a cut on her nose from her pen. What should I do?

My dog has this cut from her pen (enclosed but no top or bottom). It is right at the top of her nose. Basically at the top of the skin and right at the start of the fur. What can i do to help her? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund (Miniature Smooth Haired) | Female | spayed | 10 years and 4 months old | 13 lbs

I would put some neosporin in it twice a day. If it is deep, I would have your vet look at it to ensure she doesn’t need any stitches. I would not give her any human pain meds as most are toxic to dogs. I hope this helps!
