Poor Dutchess. She could have seriously injured her leg - bones or soft tissue. I would definitely have her seen by your vet as soon as possible to determine what is causing her to be in so much pain. Your vet will be able to take x-rays if needed and get her started on the proper meds and treatment to help her feel better and heal. I do not recommend to give any human pain meds as most of these are toxic to dogs. I hope this helps and she starts to feel better really soon!
