Worried about my shaved Pomeranian puppy's coat. Any long-term issues?

My pom was shaved today at the grooming salon! I am worried about the possible side effects this might have on him down the line as he gets older. I was hoping the side effects weren’t as harsh due to him being three months old and still having his puppy hair. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 3 days old | 4.3 lbs
