My nursing cat looks pregnant. Can she be pregnant while lactating?

There's a lactating cat in my neighborhood . Her kittens are around 8 weeks now. She's still feeding them though they are healthy and eating catfood. She's very emaciated and her belly looks pendulous and a little full. Could a cat get pregnant while lactating?
