My dog's ear looks infected. Is DOUXO ear cleaner safe to use?

Wondering if this appears to look infected...I think it does and have an appointment but thought I would ask. I have DOUXO ear cleaning solution but dont want to try it if it will cause more harm. Thanks! Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | neutered | 11 years and 1 month old | 25 lbs

I agree that Max's ear could be infected. I would hold off on putting anything into his ear for now until after he has seen the vet. Before any medication is given, the vet needs to check if his ear drum is intact or not. I hope this helps!
