It sounds like it could be something new, like a respiratory infection. I'd take Note Claw into the vet in the morning to have her checked out, and the vet can prescribe medication as needed. There are a few things you can do at home as well. First, you can try starting her on an L-lysine supplement - this is an amino acid that has been shown to help the immune system fight off respiratory infections more effectively. Enisyl and Viralys are both good brands, and can be purchased over the counter without a prescription - just follow the dosing instructions on the label based on your cat's weight. If she's congested, you can also try using a humidifier or bringing her into the bathroom with the door closed while you take a hot shower - the steam and humidity help to break up congestion and temporarily relieve symptoms associated with respiratory infections. I hope this helps.

Respiratory infections and conjunctivitis are common in kittens are often viral induced such as herpes. You can apply a warm compress to the eyes and rinse them with saline eye wash. You can use the steam from a warm shower to help break up the congestion. You may need to see a vet for an antiviral to add to the food or antibiotics for a secodnary bacterial infection

No, I would not give Chyna Benadryl. That's for allergies, and it sounds like a respiratory infection. I would also have her seen by a vet on Monday.

There are a few things I can give you to try with Khloe at home, but I would also recommend a visit to the vet. Any illness should be checked out by a vet, and they may prescribe medications to help with her symptoms. Please know that the remedies I'm giving you should never take the place of a visit to the vet.
