My cat has an eye infection. What should I do to help him get better?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 4 months and 10 days old | 2.866 lbs

My cat has some sort of infection in his eye. He suffered from cat flu as a kitten but fully recovered. He lives as a single kitten in my house, I’m wondering what could help him:( he’s my little baby.

Marvel will need to see a vet for this. Any eye problem has to be checked out by a vet because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I'd take him into a vet today to have his eye infection treated. Best of luck.
