My pregnant dog is due, not eating, breathing heavy. Emergency?

My dog Coco is due to have her pups yesterday. She is laying in her bed and won’t get up. She wags her tail happy when I call for her but won’t move. She won’t touch her food or water. And is breathing kinda heavy. should I take her to a vet or let it play out? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed
