My dog has a draining, crusty bump on her leg. What should I do?

My dog has had this bump on her leg for about 3 going on 4 months now. It first started out looking like a pimple or an ingrown hair until about a month ago when it opened. At first it was draining but now it’s just a crusty bump that won’t go away. I’ve had to wrap it with a bandage so she won’t irritate it by licking at it. Dhe has been licking and chewing at it from the very beginning. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 10 years and 10 months old | 23 lbs

I'd take Foxy Brown (LOVE her name!) into the vet to have this checked out. It could be a cyst that keeps filling up, and it may need to be removed surgically to get rid of it completely. Have her seen by a vet in the next couple of days. I hope this helps!
