Why is my 8-week puppy not eating, lethargic, and has diarrhea?

Hello I have a new 8 week old Rottweiler puppy she hasn’t been eating well the past 2 days and seems to be not so energetic when I take her for a walk but when she plays indoor she seems fine but now she has diarrhea as in the attached picture. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 26 days old | 10 lbs

You need to take Chelsea into a vet now. It is quite serious when a young puppy won't eat well, is lethargic, and has diarrhea. She should be checked out by a vet today to make sure everything is ok. Best of luck.
