Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | unspayed

My cat has delivered 5 kittens. The last was born 2hrs ago. There is still one left inside her. How long should I leave her before speaking help. This is her second litter.

If Pepper is actively pushing for 30 minutes but there is no sign of the kitten, take her into a vet immediately. Otherwise, give it another hour and if there still is no sign of the kitten, take her into a vet. I hope this helps!
