My cat has round worms and he has bloated belly for 4 days and he vomited like 10 worms td and he was coughing is he gonna die if he gets treament td. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 45 lbs

Intestinal worms can make a cat very sick, but it's not common that it would cause Bootsy to die. He does sound pretty sick at the moment, so I would take him into a vet immediately to get checked out and treated. Best of luck.
