Why is my dog suddenly jumpy, anxious, and refusing walks?

Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 9 months old | 9 lbs

Lou Lou is acting very strange and jumpy when anyone goes near her which is unlike her is wandering around a lot and will not go out for a walk she is however eating and drinking and doesn’t seem sick

Poor LouLou! It sounds like she has developed some anxiety over something or could be painful somewhere and unable to tell you. You could try some Benadryl to see if this helps calm her. You could also try a calming collar like adaptil. It may or may not help. If this doesn't work or she gets worse, I would strongly recommend to have your vet look at her to ensure she isn't painful anywhere. Your vet will also be able to prescribe her some anti-anxiety medicine if there is nothing else going on. I hope this helps! https://www.petcoach.co/canigive/dog/benadryl/
