My Moogle is sneezing and snort alot, his poop is black, and I notice that there's something like blood lump on his ass. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | 5.95 lbs

Poor Moogle! It sounds like he is definitely sick. With him poop looking black and him having possible blood on his booty, I would strongly recommend to have him seen by a vet. I am really concerned that he could be bleeding into his GI tract causing these symptoms. If left untreated and it is truly an GI ulcer or a puncture, he could go septic which will be much more difficult to treat. The sneezing could be related but most likely something unrelated like allergies. I hope this helps and he starts to feel better soon!
