My husky is 10 months old and pregnant . Will she be okay ? Do I need to worry about anything ?

Thank you for contacting PetCoach with your question about Maya. While it is recommended to wait until a dog's second or third heat to get them pregnant, there are dogs who get pregnant on their first heat and are fine. Chances are she will be ok, but I would schedule regular checks up with her vet to make sure the pregnancy is progressing well. In addition, when it's around time for her to give birth, you need to familiarize yourself with signs of dystocia (difficulty giving birth) so you can seek immediate veterinary care as needed.
