My old dog snores and snorts after dental surgery. Should I worry?

My 14 year old Cairn Terrier had a bunch of teeth pulled a few months back. Ever since he snores bad and snorts very often. Is this something I should be concerned about? Pet's info: Dog | Cairn Terrier | Male | neutered | 14 years and 8 months old | 14 lbs

If there are no other signs (like coughing retching or sneezing and others) this is not usually a very clinically significant symptom. In case other signs are present as well, an upper respiratory tract infection/inflammation could be present.
