Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 17 years and 5 months old | 6 lbs
17 yr+ Duster when eating dry cat food, within an hour regurgitates a yellowish "puree" , not liquid more like a yellow/orange sauce. He has no control and does this anywhere in the house (rugs, floors, beds, carpet, He has been doing this for 2 weeks constantly now. A vet did blood work 5 months ago and noted some kidney issues and prescribed Hill's K/D wet food which he barely tolerates. But he can not handle the dry food. does this appear to be liver failure?

I would be concerned this is related to Duster's kidney problems, as kidney failure is very common in senior cats and causes vomiting. It could also be a problem with his liver. I'd have him seen by a vet right away for this problem. Best of luck.
