My crested gecko scraped his face on a feeding tool. Is he okay?

Is this ok?! My crested gecko Oakley was eating and the feeding tool was in the way and he jumped on it by accident and hit his face! It scrapped his face a little. Can you see it? Thanks! Pet's info: Reptile | Gecko | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 16 days old
