My puppy has parvo and is passing pure blood. Can she pull through?

My pup has parvo got fluids and meds before leaving the vet. (No vomiting or blood in stool at time of vet visit) Seemed to be doing better after that night and into the second day by the afternoon of second day she was vomiting by end of third day she is having BM that are nothing but blood can she still pull through this even though she is expelling nothing but blood rectally??? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 5 days old | 13 lbs
