My puppy has jelly poop after vaccine. Is it parvo or diet related?

Pet's info: Dog | Lhasa Apso | Male | unneutered | 2 lbs

Pixel got his rabies vaccination yesterday post that he has pooped like this today ( please refer to the picture) is it normal? Or it can be start of parvo? Or this can be because of milk? As we feeded him milk + bread yesterday and today. He is 3 months old

This may be a repetition of a previous question (with pics this time). The pic on the right has jelly material in it which may symptomatic of a colitis (inflammation of the colon). Bland diet as previously suggested should be enough to resolve the problem.
