Oh they do look red and swollen. I would take Tucker into a vet first thing in the morning. He could have a skin infection causing the rash, and that also be causing the color. It could be as well that he has a problem with his testicles causing the swelling like epididymitis. I hope this helps.

Hello, the testicles appear normal, however his skin looks a little red as if he had been licking the area. Most dogs will lick because of allergies or a local infection. If you note that he is licking, then have him seen by a veterinarian to discuss medications for allergies and check for a local infection. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Marshal! He may have an infection of the skin on his scrotum. It looks like coalescing pustules. I’m assuming he is licking them as well. I recommend taking him to your Vet for an exam, an Elizabethan collar (cone) or donut to prevent licking, an antibiotic if warranted and maybe something to stop the itch/lick feeling. I hope this helps and I wish Marshal a speedy recovery!
