My dog ate chocolate and has mild diarrhea. Should I monitor?

My staff 18/19kg at 30g chocolate bar over 30 hours again and has had 1 loose bowl movement just now. Solid this morning and eating and drinking normally. Should I just monitor ? Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Female | spayed

Thank you for providing Cassie's weight, that helps with my answer. At this weight with the amount of chocolate she ate, this should only cause a mild reaction. You are seeing that reaction with the diarrhea. I would monitor her for now.
