My pitbull is puking brown, smelly vomit and won't eat. Is it serious?

Hi my 5 year old pitbull been puking for 3 days now and wont eat . He drinks little but was puking that up too . Tn he went 12h not puking till try feed him rice and stuff and I had kinda help him . Then he puked the smell of it is reallly bad and brown . I'm worried. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 5 years old | 55 lbs

It sounds as Rocco is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
