My cat is bleeding and very sick. How can I get emergency vet care?

My name is Kristin McDermott, we are low income and I have heart failure ,we live in Inglewood CA, and I'm trying to find a way to get emergency vet care for my cat Eva I'm worried because I'm not sure if she is pregnant but for a couple of days she's had very bad practically liquid stools but she seemed fine other than that then today she's just laying in bed not eating not drinking and is bleeding from backside but I can't tell where the blood is coming from. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 10 lbs
